You may request our delivery team to collect your old bed or mattress for disposal/recycling when we deliver your order for a small fee:

2. King Mattress $80
3. Queen Bed Frame $60
4. Queen Mattress $60
5. Super Single/Single Bed $40
6. Super Single/Single Mattress $40

This service is only available as long as there is sufficient space in the delivery vehicle. The delivery team also has the right to refuse collection of any old mattress if deemed to be dirty/ soiled/ dangerous. The removal fee will be refunded to you if the collection is not completed.

The old bed/ mattress must be dismantled and packed, ready for the delivery team to take away. We strongly suggest not to leave your old mattress outside your home as this can cause damage to your mattress. You may still need your old mattress in case, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery does not reach you on the day.

We will not be liable to pay any form of compensation for late or failed deliveries/ removal services. This also includes time taken off work to accept delivery or loss of income for rental properties. If you are purchasing a replacement bed or mattress, we strongly recommends that you DO NOT dispose your old items until delivery of the new goods has been made.
